AD and IAS on single server?

Comment:
I am setting up a secure network for wireless access, and I am using a Win2000 server for DC with Active Directory, and another server as Radius (also Win2000 with IAS). I'm using 802.1x and PEAP to connect to radius. But I think it is inconvenient to have two servers running at once, since this is for home use. Is it possible to run AD and IAS on the same server, if so, how can this be done?

hi,
why can't, it is normal, u can run IAS and ADS on single machine. there no restriction from microsoft saying u should n't run IAS and ADS on single machine. try to increase capacity of ur machine so that it will handle both requests prperly.
keep smiling :))
