I am trying to ActiveSync with my Toshiba PDA, but the Connection wizard just does not see it is there. Itsays that the IR port is available, but cannot sync. However, it will ActiveSync through the USB connection.

Any sugestions?

Make sure your IR port is enabled and there arent any problems with it in the device manager.

Right click "my comptuer" select "properties" select the "hardware" tab and click on "device manager"
