I have a few (5-7) users who's accounts keep getting locked out at what seems to be random times. They'll get a message when they logon that tells them they have a certain amount of days to change it, they say "no", then the next time they try to login, their account is locked out. any ideas?

Yes, they need to change their passwords when prompted to or the machine will not allow them to log in.
Just tell them to change there passwords when instructed to!
