Hi, I am in charge of a windows 2000 controlled domain and I have a problem with 1 of the users.
She will be logged in and working fine, and then all of a sudden when she trys to access a network drive (that she has FULL access to!) her account gets locked out and she gets an access denied error.
I have checked the event log and the only logon attempts are coming from the machine she uses, so for some reason win2k thinks that the password she has been using is wrong all of a sudden....
She is running win98 at her end. Could there be some problem with the password expiring out of her cache or something??The other weird thing is that it is only a problem when she accesses a drive on the actual domain controller, if she accesses a drive on our other server it works fine.
I have tried resetting her account password and unlocking her account, but whenever she tries to access a network drive it just locks her account out again.
Any thoughts would be appreciated, thanks.

Have you tried deleting her account and recreating it, maybe with a new password even? I doubt the same thing could happen twice. Know what I mean?
