Hi everyone,
The working system gave a blue screen and a message similar as 'stack overflow.... some numbers' and it started dumping the memory on the HD. From then on the system woudn't boot anymore. I did't want to changeanything on the disc yet, to able a solution without loss of data.
I tried already folowing things: 1) Booting from the Win2000 CD I executed following: a) DISKPART seems OK b) MAP seems OK 2) I installed a new HD and a new Win2000 on it. When I put in the old one as slave the system shows the HD but not the size (& free space)and it is not accessible.
Could it be that the memory dump corrupted my MBR & FAT-tables.
