hi, i've installed the audio driver for the Abit IC7 onboard sound, can see the little speaker on system tray, checked device manager no conflicts or error, everything seems normal but there's just no sound!! yes, my speakers are fine coz it blasts hardrock wen i use it on another pc.

i've also dl the latest realtek AC97 audio driver and same results, ie evrything looks fine but there's juz no sound. in fact, i still keep hearing the speaker beep everytime i trigger an alarm event.

i've been installing sound drivers all the time (with sound card, not onboard sound). is there something else i need to do in order for onboard audio to work?

help greatly appreciated.

thanks,
