I have a MSI 845 Neo Motherboard with a Western Digital 250 Gigabytes capacity. The Bios recognize the hard disk capacity but a windows 2000 server installation can only use about 120 G. Accessing the disk manager in the Administrative tools it show no more free hard disk capacity avaible !
Any Ideias ?

Best Regards

you need to download an exe from the western digital site that enables windows to see the maximum avaialble. Its been ages since I done this myself but if you hit their site and search around there you will defo get an answer.

Alternatively, if you don't use the software disk that came with your WD hard drive, you would have to setup manual partitions, I believe fdisk will allow you to do this...havenot done this in a while...

Or get a partition software, and create a couple of partitions, like 120, 65,65 and that should do it.

Hope it helps..
