When I try to log in one a particular user into win2k, it hangs at "loading your personal settings". It only happens on this user because other people can log in as their name onto the domain fine and it goes through. Could it be a roaming profile? I believe I turned it off. Any ideas? Thanks.

Could be a corrupted profile. Easiet would be to wipe out or copy to somewhere else or rename his profile directory.
