Hello I was not sure about these 2 subjects that i saw.. what does "Enable Trusted for Delegation on User and Computer Accounts" actually mean? and there's a permission "Force Shutdown from a Remote System " and how do you really shutdown a machine from a remote system? do you need 3rd party software for that or is there something that i've been missing out?
