2 partitions....win98 and win2000

i have 2 partitions MS-Dos FAT16B as active/primary
and an extended one NTFS.....wld i experience problems with win98 and win2000 on same desktop.

no everythings will be ok, but win98 cannot access NTFS drive and you'll only see c: on win98.

thanks for above msg...actually it works fine and when i am in win2000 (d:drive) I can see whats on c: drive....window explorer shows me all the files on c: drive...thanks ...actually win2000 is so much faster than c:drive...which is dos6.0 and win98.....
