Hi - we have a partitioned harddrive with ME and 2000 set up with boot commander. Everything works fine except the modem will only dial up from 2000 (I've set everything up through the wizard with a tech from my ISP). would wingate work in this scenario or am I missing something simple? Thanks in advance

Have you looked in your device manager in ME to see if your modem is installed? I haven't use ME for a long time but if win2k has the driver for it ME should also. Maybe there are 2 instances of your modem in there. If there are then remove both of them and reboot. It could also be the configuration for your connection such as "always dial my default connection". Look @ all the settings in win2k and check those in ME.
