Specs: Windows 7, Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 / 3.20 GHz / 8 GB Ram
I did not know what the category should be

Hi, I need help with Youtube.

To be exact, my channel picture.

The picture has to be 2120x1192 otherwise it won't work.

And the max size for the picture is 2 MB.

But no matter what, I can't make a file that big without using more that 2 MB.

I am using PaintDotNet so I suppose that I need a thing to remove extra data.

Sorry if my English is a bit bad.

Any help would be appreciated.

You need to reduce the video quality by increasing the level of compression. That will reduce the size of the video file. If your existing video-creation software can't do that, use a different one.

What file type have you been saving the picture as? Assuming default quality settings, I prefer PNG generally, but JPG for real-world photographs. Does Paint.Net offer some sort of "Save as Web" option or specific save quality options when you save it?

I am really sorry wasting your time but it just usually happens that I ask for something, which I have been looking for forever but then as soon as I ask, I find it accidently.

That's just one of my weird 'properties'....

Also, the problem was that I was using PNG. PDN works thou.

PDN is ten times more compact... I'm not kiding
