There are many ways to achieve your goal.

The easiest way is to place a text-based hyperlink on your site that is coded to the YouTube video URL. A fancier version is to take a snapshot of the video image, place the image on your site with a hyperlink to the YouTube video URL.

If you are using a web development tool, go to the help section and search under "embed video" for more tips.

If the video poster has enabled you to copy/paste the code, here are the steps to embed it in your site:
- Log onto YouTube
- Go to the video you want on YouTube
- Copy the code in the Message Box
- Paste the code on your website
