This seemed like the most relevant forum to post in, but if y'all think there's a better place for it, feel free to give me some ideas.
I have a friend who wrote the body of an email into the textbox on the compose page of Yahoo Mail. Then, instead of saving a draft, he clicked File-->Save as and saved it as an html file. When he openned up the html file, it opens the compose page, but the textbox is empty.
I've told him that it's lost because that part isn't saved when you click save as. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Other than what you've said? No. When he did file<save as he was saving the "code" of the web-page itself. That does not include anything he typed into the text box. It's gone forever.
