Does anyone know how to have the MS Word standard toolbar display by default when a word (.doc) document is opened from within Internet Explorer?
I know you can choose to open it by selecting view>toolbars>standard but does anyone know how to have this displayed automatically without having to do this?

I will assume you mean in your own browser? If you set Word documents to open automatically, instead of being downloaded, then it will do it. You cannot force another's computer to do it from your web site.
