Hello everyone!!!
Look, I'm having a little problem here...
When I try to download my files on my own webpage, it tells me this: "Data files must be stored on the same site they are linked from."
My site's address is www.masterleito.4t.com/index_en.htm
When I try to download the files that I put on there (except HTML's), it gives me this error...
Why is this??
I already tried zipping the files and putting them in the same folder as the HTML's...and it didn't work...
The files are at: www.masterleito.4t.com/virus/virus.htm (as u can see...they're viruses!!! so if u happen 2 get it 2 work...don't open them!!!
I also tried with and without Download Accelerator (with it it says it needs password...)
PLEASE help me!! my site sux!! I got like 50 more visits since I put the viruses on it and I just realized that people can't download them!!!
Thanx... :)

Ok...then try http://masterleito.4t.com/file.zip...it's just an empty ZIP file...
Because I know ppl that doesn't even know how 2 make a batch virus...and they want some to send 2 their "friends"...I was one of those once, and I was always looking for viruses on the Internet but I couldn't find any... :(
But anyways...do u have any ideas why is this happening to me???
Thanx!! :)

hmm! I still don't get why people would want to download viruses and make the available for download, its crazy, suppose some fool posted a link there saying it was something else and someone new to pc's or not very experienced downloade and opend the files. Now thats not good if you ask me.

I tried that link and got the following error:

Forbidden
Remote Host: [**.***.***.***]

You do not have permission to access http://masterleito.4t.com/file.zip
Data files must be stored on the same site they are linked from.

I don't believe in posting IP addresses so I used stars instead. I couldn't tell you what the problem is, its saying the files your linking to arn't on the server the site is hosted on. New one to me, im still a noob though lol

Maybe its a server thing? Maybe its because they're viruses? You could ask the server admin but dunno how they would respond to viruses being on there. Is it allowed to upload any kind of virus to a server and especially make it available for download?

1. You made me think I'm being mean...and ur right!!! I'm gonna think about it...

2. A batch virus is a virus made of DOS commands and Batch commands...

3.No...that happened 2 me before when I was uploading some pics of my PC's...
The only fix for this is linking 2 another server...that worked once!!! but I want it all 2 stay on the same server...

Thanx!! ;)

Its ok for people who know what they're doing and away around it would to simply zip the files up and give the zip a password, then have some way of letting the people who wish to ge the files know the password for the zip.

Chaud: No...it's just a free subdomain...everything is in there.

HotShot: I think that password is my site's account password...I think they only allow me to download my binary files!!! :(

That sux then, you should contact the server admin and find out, if thats the case you may want to change over to someone else.

Ok...I just moved!!! :D
My address is the same...the Index page (language selection) is in the old server because that server gives me ".4t.com", and it's shorter than the new server... (".webcindario.com")
Thanx!!! ;)
