I know very little about computers and coding, so please bare with me if i don't make any sence.

I have a small business with a website and lately have been getting people visiting my site then emailing me. They are just wanting info, being a pain really.

I want to know if there is a way to track who is visiting my site? The person who has been mailing me changes her email address which makes it difficult to know who she is.

I tryed tracking the IP address and that was just a joke because when i ran my own address it turned out i lived 1/2 way across the world.

Please help someone.

Hi, in terms of tracking website visitors, your web hosting provider often has built-in reporting features.

If the reverse IP lookup method isn't sufficient or accurate enough for your needs, you might try creating a web form to handle the solicitations where you have established required input fields that would help further identify the person (e.g. first name, last name, title, company/organization, phone number, email, and etc.). In this manner, you would have more information in which you can validate the identity prior to responding.
