Sounds to me like you have only registered a domain name and that is all. You now need to get a website host. That is a server that holds all the web pages that you build so they are available for people on the internet to see. There are a bunch of them out there. Just do a Google search for "Web Hosting" and find the one that has the best deal for what you want to do with your site.

im looking for a free one, ive tried geo cities but it makes me pay when i put my domain name in it. also freewebs.com doesnt work too. So ill have to pay ? or any free ones

No free ones that I know of where you can use your own domain. Even if there were, your site would probably be innundated with advertising.
