The website serves its purpose quite well. Perhaps a block of text with keywords on the homepage for search engine rankings (have a look at my homepage). The top left hand logo needs to be a link back to your homepage as well. The news on the right is very out of date. Other than that it seems ok apart from the URL which could be a bit more relevant.
