I have been dealing with multiple providers out there from fee to free. I need to have a provider that offers basic functionality, with good bandwidth & no or high file size limitations, no banners, pop-ups or any type of advertising.
When u google for this info you are killed with results. Please give me some good references for free or low-cost webhosting that you have actually used.
The provider we use now has great features but a good bit of downtime. Thanks!

i use www.onehost.ws and have been happy mostly with the service although they seem to take a long time to answer request for support and according to alexa, some people have been unhappy with their replies when they have been in touch with them...their price is hard to beat i think

someone else recommended www.nemohosting.com - good price and good features

Take a look at www.tophost.com, which will group hosts into features/prices for you. Better than trying to sift through a google results page!

Not to spam but I had the same issues as most trying to find a cheap reliable vender. Thats why I started my own hosting company check out my site I have the lowest prices with the largest packages around and the customer service to support it all.
