Hi, what is the make and model of the webcam that you are using? Is it a standalone peripheral that you purchased to plug-in to your computer or did it come built-in as part of your laptop?
If it is a standalone peripheral that you purchased to plug-in to your computer, then be aware that some webcams come with built-in microphones, and others don't. For those models with a built-in microphone, make sure that you enable the microphone feature and check to see if you have the latest drivers for it on the manufacturer's website. Many manufacturers will have downloads for the latest drivers. Also make sure that you don't have your audio setting on mute or low on your computers.
