If you mean how to you play your on your website? Flash is your best option. You'll need to convert to .flv and there is a free converter called Riva. It it is not the best quality available but it does the job and it is free.

You could provide a transcript of the video in text underneath the video. This would also help in making your site search-engine friendly.
