reg.php is a file that you want to import the contents of?
include('reg.php');

I think you're confusing Perl with PHP.

If reg.php contains the statement $some_array = array(ele1, ele2, ...);, you would just include('reg.php'); and then refer to $some_array. Including (or requiring) another file is the same as typing it right into your file.
