What do I do after my domain point (nameservers) my URL to my hosting site? Do I have to upload my website to the hosting site server? and how do I do that.

Yes. You will normally transfer your files to the public directory using FTP.

There are plenty of free FTP clients out there...just do a Google search.

You'll usually use ftp.yourdomain.com for the address, and whatever username/password your webhost gave you.
