You will need to sue some scripting language (PHP, Perl, etc.). What languages does your web server support? A database is not needed.
Try looking at hotscripts.com. Search for "upload" and set the section to the type of scripting your web server supports.

i want to have career page on my site and i dont want to use any form, i want the interested person to upload their cvs. how can i do that. At present my site is static n i am not using any database etc.
