Re: www.profoundit.com

I am the CEO & Founder of the referenced site. Recently I received a message from a user stating that they were unable to log in to the administrative portion of their site. I tested it to confirm and, sure enough, this message appears:

"Secure Connection Failed
"An error occurred during a connection to www.profoundit.com.
"SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.
"(Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)
"The page you are trying to view can not be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
"Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem. Alternatively, use the command found in the help menu to report this broken site."

The SSL Certificate is not active. Could this have anything to do with the problem?

If you wish to test this for yourself, open www.profoundit.com. In the upper, right corner: enter the Username - info@profoundit.com and the Password - enhance.

Please tell me what I must do to fix this glitch.

Thank You,

The fact that its giving you a SSL error could be because of the fact that your certificate is no longer valid, hence why its referencing a server error text file.

I would have a webmaster look at this and have them give you their input.
