ok so META is the obvious way to refresh a page after a certain amount of time

but what about if that time is 30 minutes...

in theory it should work flawlessly, but are their any hidden problems when setting it to the likes of 30 minutes

also, invision forums have 3 different methods of refreshing, 1 is META not sure of the other 2, but i know you can switch to them

basically i just want the most stable way of refreshing a page every 30 minutes, which will work for any browser

any feedback would be great

name one reason why meta wouldnt work.

60(sec) * 30(mins) = 1800(time)
