Yeah, I hate to ask something like this in the forum, but I have been helping pople with their home PCs for a while now & never really charging anyone. Here lately, people have been wanting more & more help & insisting it's not for "nothing". Does anyone know, all liabilities aside, if you have to actually have a license to teach computer & help clean up systems...as the piano teacher does in a sense?

...just wondering if anyone knows, because I cannot seem to search for it tonight - maybe an off-search night...lol

Thanks,

Cisco

I don't think any license is needed, but you should make sure to stick in some small print (or large print if you like) that says you can't be liable for any blunders that may take place as a result of your teachings!!! (it's just an escape clause)

Thanks...I didn't think I actually had to have one, but yes...I DO need to make sure that a liability clause is set in print. I am going to check on placing an ad this next week. Wish me luck on this & my new restaurant.

Take care:)
