Hi, are 'Undo Disks' enabled on the virtual machine? If so, you need to select an option for saving the state of the virtual machine (either discard or keep changes). So if you want to restore or save the state of a virtual machine and you have the appropriate permissions and adequate storage space, here are three simple steps:

- Open the Admin website
- Select 'Master Status' from the navigation
- Locate the virtual machine name and click on either 'Save State' or 'Restore from Saved State' options
