im thinking in putting samll video in a site, ..but a video that opens with site and not needs media player or quick time to be seen, th eidea i have is i need to transform this clips to flash first and then insert the flash objects to the site.. so how can i transform a small video clip into a flash object?

Sounds like a task for Sorrenson Squeeze. It can convert video files to and from various formats, including both swf & fla. It may, however, be a little pricey for the casual user.
