Greetings, I'm a beginner at this. Hope this is the right place to ask this question. I noticed that some images displayed my windows fax and image viewer in my new computer using win XP are kind of blurred a little compared to photoimpact I have used for several years. But tonight I displayed a scan of a very old diploma and noted that at high very magnifications the image displayed w/photoimpact is quiet noticeably broken up into the little squares, but using the windows viewer at similar magnification the image stays smooth. Is this a deficiency of photoimpact or some extra enhancement by windows viewer? Thanks.
