i installed xampp version 1.7.0. after that i created a script test.php inside htdocs folder. i tried running it using http://localhost/xampp/htdocs/test.php http://localhost/xampp/test.php http://localhost/test.php it does not run and the error it gives is object not found and error 404. what do i do? somebody help!

hai buddy, Have you typed your PHP script using notepad...If it so save it as filename.php and then select file type as "ALL FILES"...... Even after following these steps the problem has not get solved then type as "http://localhost/index.php" or "http://localhost/phpmyadmin"....If it displays the exact php pages then your server is quite well ...And the problem is in your file type while saving.....
