I'm trying to make a website that contains the latest news from about two or three sites -- that updates as the other site updates too. I'm not sure how to do it though. For instance, www.steampowered.com/rss.xml is a news feed, but how do I tell my page to view it in html. This rss thing is confusing me, and the code is always jumbled when I try to transfer it to an html page. Any code ideas would be helpful.

It would be helpful if you could tell us what server-side language you are using (PHP, ASP, Perl, JSP, etc.) Most have features or add-in modules that will let you read xml files and send the output in HTML format to the browser.
If you don't know, then contact whoever you're hosting your site with and ask them what languages come with your hosting plan. If you're paying for your site, you should get 1 or 2 options.
