I have a question if the shutdown pc What will happen with pages that are hosted by me.
Does will be available or not.
And if does not mean we need is a dedicated server.Can and make own dedicated server, because I have a strong and pc connection 8mbit

Well, if you are asking that if you are hosting a webpage from your computer, and you shut the computer down, then the webpage will become unavailable, then the answer is yes.

You don't need to have a dedicated server to host a webpage from home. Just leave your computer on all the time. If you want to, use an older 700 MHZ or lower computer to host all the time, that way it uses less power, and saves you a few bucks! If you just use your regular computer, try Apache Web Server. It runs in the background using VERY few system resources.
