I have ActiveX disabled in IE & have had no real problems, but there is one big pain that is making me go insane. When on a site that uses ActiveX, whenever i click on a pic or just browse the site there is a popup stating: "Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page. As a result the page may not display correctly". My question is: Is there anyway to FULLY remove ActiveX, or someway to disable this irritating popup. I also use Firefox which does not use ActiveX, hence no irritating popups, but some of the sites i visit don't work as good using Firefox.
Many thanks to all who may try & help resolve this.
