Guys, I'm trying to find the best way to logon to someone elses computer via the web. So, they would go and access my site and somehow through the creation of a pin for security, I would be able to log onto their machine when they accept. Is this possible? If yes, can any of you point me in the right direction so I can implement? Cheers peeps Yash

I know that Dell, when they want to offer technical support ask me to go on their website and I end up installing an ActiveX control, then a pin number is generated for security. Through accepting, they then log into my machine. Would you know how they do something like that?
