Guys, I'm trying to find the best way to logon to someone elses computer via the web. So, they would go and access my site and somehow through the creation of a pin for security, I would be able to log onto their machine when they accept. Is this possible? If yes, can any of you point me in the right direction so I can implement?
Cheers peeps
Yash

the user would have to install some piece of software for this to even work unless your using windows remote desktop.

Thanks for responding:).
I know that Dell, when they want to offer technical support ask me to go on their website and I end up installing an ActiveX control, then a pin number is generated for security. Through accepting, they then log into my machine. Would you know how they do something like that?

Try acrobat.com.
Works across some tough firewalls too.
"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, Make an autorun.inf folder on all usb drives.
