Ok I know I keep asking this question so I thought I would ask it again. lol
What do you think of my site now?
Things I have changed:
New layout.
Added downloads.
Changes resolution to 1024x768I know the site should be 800x600 but I forgot about it until the site was already done and I am currently converting the site to 800x600.
I also know I need to get a real hosting and domain. I am working on that but CJB will have to do for now.

Wow thats much better than it was. The layout is much clearer now. Is this a site template or did you build it yourself? The page is using frames too which is not a good thing.
You repeat yourself on the homepage when you list your services twice. Try to avoid doing this as people will ignore the lower part of the page if they have already read the information above. Try replacing the bottom set of services with some contact information.
Otherwise its much better.

There's nothing wrong about it. In fact, to create a good and professional looking website by yourself, you need to have a good understanding on HTML and CSS. Then you also need to have a good understanding on scripts, serverside or clientside to add interactivity and flexibility. Then you also need to have a good design sense to create good graphics or colors, but still efficient in bandwidth terms.
Not many people have all of those ability in 1 body so thats why people work on a team to develop a 'good and professional' website. Even those CMS were developed in years and not by a single person, and still developing today to patch holes which can naver be 100% secured.
Also, there's a lot of good (and famous) websites, which is created by using CMS.
When you can't get a professional web development team to build (and maintain) your website, then use a CMS! :D

This is supposed to be a business site, right? My take is that it screams “Jack’s Personal Site” with links to a few of your favorite sites; none of which do anything toward selling your services.
The layout is a little better with the use of the template but IMO it’s still very bland and generic.
Take off the link to ANC-Radio. The site should only have links that relate to your business, not your favorite past time. The same goes for the downloads page; remove the games.
The “Contact Us” page should have full contact info, meaning address and phone number. It appears from that page that the entire team/staff is you and Charles which is fine but you may want to downplay that to help convey that you are not just 2 guys in a garage. “Charles Brieschke is our Technical Support Team” might be better stated as “Charles Brieschke, our Technical Support Manager, ….” and include a short bio listing his training and certifications.
Add a services page that gives base prices for some of the basic upgrades and repairs i.e., memory, cpu, power supply, etc.

Well, it is much better but still not great. When you finally get the real domain and hosting, we'll be able to make much better recommendations.
I strongly agree with all of the above. I recognize the template you have used, which is okay, but it really doesn't ooze with professionalism. The contrast of the blue-on-red for the header is awful.
Whatever you're needs - we have you covered!
If we don't do it - we'll recommend someone who does! That really doesn't fill me with confidence, especially if I was initally considering doing business with you.
You list the services you offer, but... that's it. You don't go on to explain what the hell you actually do for each one.
For technical support: how do I contact you? What times are you available? Who will reply? Does it cost money? What do you offer support for: which operating systems, hardware platforms etc?
As someone already said, for the "Building" section you really do need some information as to the systems and components you would be willing to sell.
Our representatives can help you with all of your needs when building a computer.
What, when I build a computer, you'll help me every step of the way? Or are you saying you will build the computer and I'll choose the specification? It's got to be clear.
Our staff specializes in paint tinting, color matching, customizing, case windows, and neon lighting
So what? Tell your visitors what benefit this has to them, show them what it will look like and just generally expand on the amount of information you give.
Again, for the "Repairing" section you need some information as to what type of computers, which operating systems, what software and so on that you will repair for your customers.

In the USA and other places, it is no longer mandatory to include a copyright statement. I would remove it completely; it gives an air of tackiness. Personally, I'm against intellectual property rights and I would advocate licensing the content on your website under a more open Creative Commons license.
You might want to find out what frames are. Also read Why are frames so evil.
The photograph of the laptop on your home page looks antiquated and completely out-of-place. Your tagline "Improving computers daily" is okay but it should not be the same type size as "Jake's Computers" in the header.
I think the Links page should be dedicated to things that would actually be useful to most computer users. Most people are using one of the following operating systems on their computer:
Microsoft Windows 98
Microsoft Windows NT
Microsoft Windows 2000
Microsoft Windows XP
Apple Mac OS X
GNU/LinuxTherefore, I think you should have three <h2> headings on the Links page:
Microsoft Windows
Apple Mac OS X
GNU/LinuxUnder each heading, you could include security information, links to top software repositories and some general tips. For example, for Windows XP you could write something like:
"Here are some official Microsoft pages to help increase the security, privacy and speed of your system:
Protect your PC
Four ways to make your computer run faster
Support Options for Windows XP Users"For anyone to respect you as a company, you must give your complete postal address and a landline telephone number. This is so they believe you are a "real" company. Also, having some form of a small photo for your staff members will improve credibility considerably.
Currently, your website still gives the feeling of your personal home page, with no real content and it shouts "amateur" everywhere you look. Just the name "Jake's Computers" gives a very personal feeling, which may or may not be a good thing depending on how successfully you market yourself.

I suggest anyone that has been google "mediagatewayX.dll" for removal instructions or run your spyware apps.
