My sister is making Ulead VideoStudio movie for her friends at school. I got a recommendation for burning the video to dvd, but that is not what I want to do. I actually want to put the video on a webpage. Is this possible? If it is, how do I do it?

I'm not familiar with Ulead VideoStudio, but you should be able to save the video file as either mpeg or avi, as I believe was stated in the other thread you started on the same topic.
AVI is most likely too large to put on a website, particularly if it's a long video. MPEG is probably your best bet. You can also download Real Producer, and Windows Media Producer (I forget if it's called that or not), and apply all sorts of compression to the video to make it small enough for the web.

You need to have server space of some sort to store the file. Then you can just call it up like you do any other html file or whatever.
