Reply: (edit)You generally cant upload .exe's, becuase unless your a programmer there almost always someone elses work, and you dont have copyright. I dont know of any free webhosts that will let you do this but your best bet is just to try as many as you can. brinkster, lycos, yourisp, etc... offer free webhosting You could also try emailing it to yourslef if you just need to transfer it from one computer to another :) Microsoft has more holes than.. a sponge

Reply: (edit)I have never had problems uploading a .exe file to a webserver with the providers I have used. My guess is that your web hosting service will not allow it because of virus protection measures. I would contact the web space provider and talk to them about it. As for a free service. I haven't tried any lately but when I need a free service for something I use www.netfirms.com.

Reply: (edit)I too think that the free webhosts dont allow you to upload an exe-file because of the security-issues who are involved with exe-files. You can always try to zip the file you want to upload. Or perhaps you can change the extension manually and rename the file after you've uploaded it.
