Problem with web page showing in IE8 and Nets

Specs: Windows 7
Hello...

...i have a problem with my web design. My web page shows in Firefox and Opera perfectly but when i try to open in IE8 and Netscape 9 everything mess up.

1.) Use a web development code validator like W3C's unified validator known as Unicorn to fix HTML and CSS syntax errors.
2.) Do not bother testing for Netscape usability. Netscape is no longer being supported and they recommend using Firefox: http://blog.netscape.com/2008/02/20...
3.) Internet Explorer is a pain in the butt to develop for because it poorly follows web standards. Even Internet Explorer 9 has issues despite Microsoft's hype in this area. You'll need to search the web for helpful articles related to specific rendering problems you're having. Or you can stop supporting Internet Explorer entirely and send a message (not literally) to Microsoft saying, "We're sick of going out of our way to support your browsers. Make one that actually conforms to web standards."

Hahahaha....thanks, i appreciate! In meantime i fix all issues and now everythig works fine in both browsers..
