I,develop a website.The client access that site from remote place and on or off the electric devices of his home.
There is a server which listen that instruction and follow it.
My question is :
1. How i controll electric devices through port,tell about port programming,how controll port.

Not exactly sure what you are asking. Are you asking how to access an existing server remotely or ar eyou asking how to create a program on the server to automate the home?

If there is already a server running with the appropriate automation hardware and software running, then you just need to find out what port is used to connect to the server. Then "forward" that port within the router's settings to the internal IP address of the server. Then the client can access the server remotely using the external IP address.
