With a poor interface like Windows 8 within an organisation, productivity falls because users find it harder to navigate and it therefore takes longer to get things done.
Consequently, motivation falls off too and some employees are likely to start seeking employment elsewhere, especially those employees who have the initiative to do so.
This is bad for the company as it could mean losing some of their best IT staff.
