looks great at first glance :-)

- i don't like your links being the same font and colour and style as your normal text as it means that i have to mouse around to see where your text links are

i had a look at your brain teasers page

- the google ads break the flow of your content ... not a good idea

- highlight 'BRAIN TEASER NO: XXXX' rather than ANSWER as i am finding it hard to know where a teaser starts and ends ... and separate each one with a space as currently they run into each other

- not all your pages have a header ... i think you need to make sure they all do

your EBOOKS DOWNLOAD is the same as your STUDY MATERIALS and again, the google ads break the content flow of that page

your top and side menu buttons have different rollover colours ... i would suggest making them both the same

your boxes on your home page are white and it looks drab with too much white ... i suggest a lighter shade of the green of your top header
