I have been using php for forms but that is it. I know it can be used with mysql for databases but before I take on this next project I have a question. Basically this client wants a real estate website that can display current houses. He is a developer and might also want to display current projects. I want to create a database that when the user clicks a certain house the pics adn info come up. I know this is possible but hos about making it so he can enter new house s in himself through maybe a admin page. Is this ossible?

Absolutely! You should start by finding a PHP/MySQL tutorial to learn some basics about interacting with the database and perhaps learn a little about database structure. That will be very important. You want to design your database before you start coding.
