I have a hosting website with 3 hosting options. I need an order form that has the basic fields, such as First name, last name, etc. But at the bottom I need a dropdown menu. The drop down menu will have the three hosting plans in it. I want the drop down to take the customer to a corresponding with the hosting plan they chose. I have 3 different pages, one for each plan.
I am using phpform generator script, and it uses process.php after clicking submit. When you click submit, it takes you to a thank you page. How can I create a code to pick up the value from the drop box menu?
