I'm looking into PHP IDEs to use at work. My main purpose is to be able to get some debugging tools.
We have Apache servers on Linux and develop by SSHing in from my XP PC and using vi. I'm fine with that but would like to be able to debug with a little more power than echo statements to a log file.
Any suggestions other than Zend?
Anyone have a brief synopsis of what Zend Platform, Core and Studio do?

I use Dreamweaver (which is commercial) but you could use something like Notepad++ with has some stuff built in. Not sure what level of debugging is there (if at all) but it's free.
