I am searching for a program that will allow me to make a photo gallery that has a picture in the middle of the screen and thumbnails around the entire outside of the picture and when you hover over the thumbnails it changes the picture to the picture that was hovered. I hope this makes sense. Anyone have any suggestions for a free program that will do this?
This is for my website. I tried google and not having any luck finding what I want.

I highly doubt there is any program to do exactly what you are wanting - especially with regard to thumbnail placement and image changing method. But there are plenty of free apps out there to create a photo album
In fact MicroSoft offers the free HTML Slide Show Wizard as one of it's free Power Toys for XP. Give it a try: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx
