Phishing Script... help me find!

My website has been suspended by my host for phishing! It's not me but they say someone has hacked in and placed malicious spamming script somewhere. They are totally unhelpful with instruction on how to find it (I haven't a clue about this!). Can anyone help me? I have 4 SQL databases/websites on my domain. Stupidly, (until now) I didn't realise that I should be backing up as I thought the backups my host did were sufficient... but they only go back 2 days and I think I got hacked a few weeks ago (I started getting emails from my OWN domain/email address). How do I locate or at least narrow down the search for this malicious script. Any ideas????? Thank you!

It will be possible to help you when you give us your website URL? Is it PHP based?
Do you have domain and hosting at the same place? If yes, then it should not be. If you lose full control over your hosting control panel then you lose domain too.
