.pfc file conversion for links.

MY ISP is aol and my favoruites are saved as a .pfc file. Now If I save as .txt or .html and open the file the links are there along with aload of other stuff. I need to put all my links into a html file without having to copy & paste every url as there is way to many. Does anyone know of a tool that will convert the .pfc file to something else? or if I can savet it as something different?
