Page not displayed in Netscape 7.1

I have been tapped to do some web work at my job. We are using php and running on a netscape server. My problem is actually just with Netscape 7.1 When I go to load pages I initially get a blank white page. I view the source and everything is there, then I hit the reload button and the page will present itself with no problem. It works fine on NS7.02, IE6 and Mozilla 1.5. I unfortunately am behind a secure firewall and cannot give the url to link. We are using CSS combined with php.
I am not normally a web designer so I can try to get whatever info you might need to help me.
